Recently availed the services of this new hospital in an emergency for a close family member. Came away super impressed. The quality & the attitude of the promoter doctors as well as their entire staff in the ICU, the nurses, the support staff is very good. Highly competent, supportive and accessible. The infrastructure and hygiene is also top grade. The treatment was prompt and the communication with us (the relatives of the patient) about the status of the patient as well as the future course of treatment was clear. I am glad we have such a high quality facility in Malad, near home. It was truly a life saver for us. Also I must add that even post discharge, the administrative staff has been very prompt & supportive with the paperwork required to file our health insurance claim.
